Making the choice to live stress free

I want all of you to try to do something for me: Evaluate your life. I mean, take a serious evaluation of it. You will notice that you can split your life into positive things and negative things. Many people choose to only focus on the positive, almost to ignore the negative. My challenge to you is explore the negative. In depth explore the negatives and figure out how to eliminate them, reduce them, and/or turn them into something positive.

As part of my journey through taking the bar exam a second time, I made the choice to try to live as much of a stress free life as possible. I believe that the first time around, the stress of the "BAR EXAM" just got to my head. Studying non-stop, living away from Joe, depriving myself from life. The summer absolutely sucked to say the least in many aspects. I was living in constant negative and I didn't realize it until now.

Since my last post, I started the challenge that I wrote about above. Let me tell you, this challenge isn't easy; it isn't fun. However, there are so many benefits that I have already discovered. This challenge has led to some hard conversations and has placed me in some awkward spots. However, I'm already noticing a difference. My headaches are less frequent. I maybe get one once a week now. I'm sleeping so much better at night. I wake up each morning ready to tackle my day. My MBE (Multiple choice) questions for the bar exam are already going so much better and I've only just started. I notice that I am able to think clearer and retain more information.

I believe this journey of mine will lead me to be a better life partner, friend, daughter, sister, advocate, and (way in the future) mother. I hope some of you who read this try my challenge to you. Let me know me what you discover.

Well, back to studying some real property.

Until next time. xoxoxoxoxoxoxo
